Common Uses & Applications
Potential uses include assessed dust, mist and fume exposures in manufacturing, machining, agriculture and facility maintenance. Oil mist requires attention to the R-series time limit. Select the respirator for the contaminant and exposure level; these filters are not firefighting equipment or standalone gas/vapor protection.
Choose the Correct Filter Retainer
For approved direct-on-facepiece use, the N750037 kit includes N750015 filter holders and N750027 covers. For use over compatible gas/vapor cartridges, N750036 includes N750038 supports and N750027 covers. Honeywell requires N750036 when these pads are fitted to N7500-series cartridges.
Check the exact facepiece, cartridge and accessory combination against the approval label. Do not assume that physical fit establishes approval. Facepieces, cartridges and retainer kits are separate from this replacement-filter pack.
R95 Rating and Use Limits
The NIOSH filter classification guide distinguishes N95, which is not oil-resistant, from oil-resistant R95. Both have a minimum 95% test efficiency. P100 has a minimum 99.97% efficiency and stronger oil resistance; its service life still depends on manufacturer instructions and conditions.
Honeywell limits R-class filters to eight hours of use in oil-aerosol environments. This is a limit, not a guaranteed working life. Follow the instructions for earlier replacement when necessary. Particulate filtration does not remove gases or vapors, supply oxygen, or make an oxygen-deficient or IDLH atmosphere safe.
OSHA Respiratory Protection Requirements
OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 requires appropriate selection, medical evaluation, fit testing for tight-fitting facepieces, training and maintenance within a respiratory protection program for required use. Perform a user seal check each time the respirator is donned.

Does the bag contain 10 pairs?
No. ASA lists 10 individual filters, equivalent to five pairs.
Do these pads provide organic vapor protection?
No. Any gas/vapor protection comes from a separately selected cartridge in an approved combination.
Can I wash and reuse these filters?
Do not wash the filter media. Follow Honeywell’s replacement instructions rather than attempting to clean the pads.
