The Honeywell North N750035 adapter connects compatible 75FFP100 or 75FFP100NL pancake filters to approved North gas and vapor cartridges without an integrated particulate filter. It supports a combined cartridge/filter configuration when both particulate and chemical protection are required by the workplace assessment.
ASA supplies this item as 24 individual adapters. Two adapters are needed for one dual-cartridge setup, providing enough for 12 complete sets. Filters, chemical cartridges and respirator facepieces are sold separately.

Compatibility and Selection
The manufacturer specification sheet lists North 5400, 5500, 7600 and 7700 facepiece systems and excludes Defender cartridges. Confirm the exact cartridge, filter, adapter and facepiece combination against the applicable approval label and instructions before assembly.
Use with the specified 75FFP100 flexible P100 filters where the approved configuration requires it. N750035 is not a universal mask converter and is not required simply to mount a pancake filter directly to an approved facepiece.
The 7580P100 housed filter is a different product, not a pancake filter for this adapter. Choose components by part number rather than appearance.
Assembly and Workplace Safety
Follow the respirator manufacturer's assembly instructions. Inspect adapters and connections before use, replace damaged components, and perform the required user seal check whenever the respirator is donned. Do not force mismatched parts or modify the adapter.
OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 requires appropriate respirator selection, medical evaluation, fit testing, training and maintenance for required workplace use. Adding an adapter does not establish OSHA compliance or increase the respirator's assigned protection factor.
