Fit, Hygiene and Detection Checks
With clean hands, roll the foam into a narrow, crease-free cylinder. Pull the ear up and back, insert the plug and hold it while it expands. Follow the package instructions and replace plugs that are dirty, damaged or hardened. Discard these single-use earplugs after use; the cord does not make them washable or reusable.
