Selection and System Compatibility
The hole diameter alone does not determine whether an installation is suitable. Verify concrete strength, slab thickness, hole depth, edge distance, cleaning and loading direction using the model-specific manual. A qualified assessment of the supporting structure is essential. Do not use this anchor as a material-lifting point or assume that any drilled concrete hole is acceptable.
Manufacturer-Listed Standards
DFP’s declaration identifies ANSI Z359.18-2017 Type A; the current manual also lists CAN/CSA Z259.15-22. Product conformance does not establish the capacity of the structure or an incorrectly installed anchor. Follow the supplied label and approved installation instructions.
Inspection and Safety
Read the instructions before use. Inspect equipment before each use, remove damaged or fall-loaded equipment from service, and arrange prompt rescue. Follow applicable OSHA construction fall-protection requirements or general-industry personal fall-protection requirements.
