Fluid-Resistant Surgical N95 for Healthcare Respiratory Programs

The Gerson 3230+ is a NIOSH-approved, FDA-cleared surgical N95 respirator made for healthcare settings where both airborne particulate filtration and fluid resistance are required. NIOSH approval TC-84A-9317 identifies the 3230+ as a surgical N95 filtering facepiece respirator without an exhalation valve.

Each respirator is individually wrapped and uses latex-free synthetic rubber head straps, a staple-free attachment design, and a soft inner lining. Gerson rates the respirator for 120 mm Hg fluid resistance. Proper selection, medical evaluation, fit testing, training, and use remain part of the employer's respiratory protection program.
