Black Graphite Full Brim Hard Hat for Construction and Industrial Work
The Bullhead Safety HH-F1-C full brim hard hat combines a matte black graphite finish with an unvented ABS shell and six-point ratchet suspension. Designed for industrial head protection, it is listed by the manufacturer as ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 Type I, Class E.
The EZ-click adjustment accommodates hat sizes 6.5 to 8. A pivoting suspension and sweat-wicking brow pad help workers adjust the fit for daily construction, manufacturing and maintenance tasks. ASA SKU SHHF1C identifies this graphite-pattern model.

Full Brim Coverage and Fit
The surrounding brim adds coverage from sun and rain compared with a front-brim cap. It does not replace safety glasses, a face shield or other protection selected for flying particles and splash hazards.
Adjust the suspension before entering the work area and check stability while moving and bending. Test fit with the hearing, eye and respiratory protection required for the task. A listed size range does not guarantee a suitable fit for every wearer.
Accessories and Inspection
The manufacturer lists compatibility with two-point and four-point chin straps. Use only the specified compatible accessories and follow the installation instructions. Adding a chin strap does not convert a Type I hard hat into Type II head protection.
Inspect the shell, suspension and adjustment mechanism before use. Remove damaged equipment from service, follow the supplied replacement instructions after impact, and do not drill or modify the shell. Follow manufacturer instructions for cleaning, storage and any permitted reverse-wearing configuration.
Standards and OSHA Requirements
Type I addresses impacts to the top of the head. Class E identifies electrical performance under specified test conditions. The 20,000-volt test value is not a safe working-voltage limit or permission to contact energized equipment.
OSHA 29 CFR 1910.135 requires protective helmets where falling objects could injure the head and appropriate electrical protection near exposed conductors that could contact it. For construction work, see OSHA 29 CFR 1926.100. Match the helmet to the workplace hazard assessment and its supplied markings.
FAQ
Is this a carbon-fiber hard hat?
No. Graphite describes the finish; the manufacturer lists an ABS shell for HH-F1-C.
Does Class E mean this is a Type II helmet?
No. Electrical class and impact type are separate classifications. This model is Type I, Class E.
Does the brim provide rated side-impact protection?
No. A full brim does not establish Type II lateral-impact performance.
