Yes. These gloves are powder-free and have a cotton flock lining. The lining absorbs moisture; it is different from loose donning powder.
Does 8 mil describe the entire glove?
The manufacturer specifies 8-mil fingers. Do not interpret that measurement as a uniform palm or cuff thickness.

Can I wear either glove on either hand?
