A4 Nitrile Coated Work Gloves
Samurai CR999MFF gloves combine a seamless Tuffalene liner with two nitrile coating layers for handling sharp or abrasive materials. The manufacturer lists ANSI A4 cut resistance and a Mach Finish gripping surface for wet, oily conditions. ASA SKU S999MFF is sold as one pair in your selected size.
Key Features
- Seamless construction reduces seams against the hand.
- Two coating layers combine coverage and grip.
- Textured palm supports wet and oily handling.
- High visibility liner beneath blue and black coatings.
- Pair packaging supports individual size selection.
Applications
Consider for glass handling, sheet metal work, automotive tasks, construction, utilities and agricultural maintenance. Evaluate the actual edges, loads and surface contamination before selection. A trade or job title alone does not establish whether A4 protection meets the task’s requirements.
How the Double Coating Works
The blue nitrile base covers the liner beneath the black Mach Finish palm coating. Each layer serves a different purpose, combining broader base coverage with textured palm contact. The base helps resist liquid saturation through the coated material, while the textured outer surface provides grip for handling wet or oily parts.
Try representative tools and components before issuing the glove for routine work. Oil type, surface texture and contamination can affect grip. The open cuff can admit liquids, and damaged coating can compromise the barrier. These gloves are not sealed at the cuff or rated for unrestricted immersion.
Applicable OSHA Hand-Protection Requirements
OSHA 29 CFR 1910.138 requires selection of hand protection based on glove performance, the tasks performed, working conditions, exposure duration and identified hazards. A4 cut resistance does not establish suitability for every sharp-edge task.
OSHA 1910.132(d) requires workplace hazard assessment and selection of properly fitting PPE. These are employer requirements, not OSHA certification of this product.
Cut Protection and Selection
ANSI A4 describes tested cut resistance; it does not make the glove cutproof. Keep hands clear of moving blades and assess puncture hazards separately. Choose the protection level required by your workplace hazard assessment rather than assuming every sharp material presents the same risk.
A nitrile coating alone does not establish chemical compatibility. For contact with chemicals, obtain permeation and degradation information for the specific substance, concentration and exposure duration. This listing does not establish protection against needles, electrical hazards or extreme temperatures.
Fit, Inspection and Reordering
Select from ASA’s listed sizes and check fingertip fit, hand movement and secure tool handling. Inspect both coating layers and the liner before use. Replace gloves with cuts, worn gripping surfaces or contamination that prevents safe reuse. Record S999MFF and the selected size for repeat orders.
Check fit while making the hand movements your work requires. Excess material at the fingertips can interfere with small parts, while a tight fit can restrict movement. Compare sizes before standardizing a purchase.

ive tried different gloves but these are great. I work laying tiles and they stay dry while i mix this set. I can dip my hands in the wet material and they stay dry. I like the flexibility of them as well.
