Understanding the Cut and Abrasion Ratings
Ansell's datasheet lists ANSI/ISEA 105-2024 cut level A2, abrasion Level 4 and puncture Level 2. The manufacturer also lists EN 388:2016+A1:2018 code 4231B and EN ISO 21420:2020. These ratings describe tested properties, not universal protection for every metalworking task.
