Extreme Cold Protection for Harsh Weather Conditions
The ExtremeGard freezer suit with reflective stripes is an insulated coverall for cold-storage facilities, freezer operations and outdoor winter work. ASA SKU S511 is offered in navy blue with a choice of With Hood or No Hood. Select the style needed for your clothing setup before ordering.
ASA lists a −50°F (approximately −46°C) comfort rating. Actual warmth depends on work rate, exposure time, wind, moisture, layering and individual cold tolerance. This rating does not establish a guaranteed safe exposure duration.

Style, Fit and Ordering
The hooded version has an attached hood with knit trim around the face and a front zipper protected by a snap-over storm flap. The non-hooded version has a pile collar and concealed snaps for an optional hood. Do not assume an accessory hood is included with the No Hood selection.
Check the Size Chart and allow room for normal base layers. Test reaching, bending and sitting without compressing the insulation. Follow the care label, keep reflective tape clean, and inspect seams and closures regularly.
ASA lists this suit as made to order, with an estimated additional lead time of 5–8 days. Confirm timing for scheduled projects. Company or department embroidery is available through ASA; confirm placement so it does not cover reflective trim.
Visibility and Cold-Work Limits
Reflective tape responds to incident light; it does not guarantee visibility in darkness. No ANSI/ISEA 107 classification is verified for this suit. Use appropriately labeled apparel when the workplace requires certified high-visibility clothing. The shell is water-repellent, not fully waterproof.
OSHA cold-stress guidance recommends suitable clothing, training, worker monitoring and warm, dry recovery breaks. OSHA has no specific cold-environment standard, but employers must address recognized serious cold hazards. Complete the clothing system with suitable gloves, footwear and head protection.

Does not fit - But got it taken care off
This freezer suit is way too short and I'm 5'10. But I got an exchange and worked out lovely. There many ppe companies out there but ASA, LLC thrives with its problem solving.
