Lockout - tagout tags have "DANGER LOCKED OUT DO NOT OPERATE" printed on a 10 mil polyeflin base card. It does not contain any wood or paper and it measures 5 7/8 X 3 1/8. This lockout tag is perfect for use indoors to inform staff about certain cautions. The size is not intrusive but well seen. You can easily write on the matte finish with a pen or marker. This lock out tag will not crack or distort in certain environments and is visible to recognize crucial areas or points while conducting maintenance. Pack of 25
