3M Versaflo TR-600-ECK Easy Clean PAPR Respirator Kit
The 3M Versaflo TR-600-ECK combines a belt-mounted powered air-purifying respirator with an S-433L hood for workplace respiratory protection. The blower draws ambient air through the supplied TR-6710N high-efficiency particulate filter and delivers filtered air through the breathing tube to the hood.
This kit is configured for particulate hazards. The included HE filter does not provide gas or vapor protection. Although the TR-600 platform supports other cartridges, any change requires a compatible, approved assembly selected for the contaminant and exposure level.

Selection, Runtime & Maintenance
Match the complete assembly to contaminant identity, concentration, required protection factor and task conditions. Do not select this particulate configuration for solvent vapors merely because the task involves painting or coating. Assess all airborne hazards before choosing filters or cartridges.
Battery runtime varies with airflow setting, filter loading, battery condition and temperature. Plan charging and replacement needs around the actual shift. Inspect components, check airflow with the indicator and follow all user instructions before entering the work area. Leave the contaminated area if airflow fails or an alarm requires action.
Clean components using their specific instructions. “Easy Clean” does not mean every assembled component can be submerged or exposed to any disinfectant.
OSHA Respiratory Protection Requirements
OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 requires an effective respiratory protection program when respirator use is required, including hazard-based selection, medical evaluation, training and maintenance. The loose-fitting hood does not require tight-facepiece fit testing, but the other applicable program requirements remain.
This PAPR does not supply oxygen. Do not use it in oxygen-deficient, unknown or immediately dangerous to life or health atmospheres. Use only the complete NIOSH-approved configuration permitted by its approval label and manufacturer instructions.

FAQ
Does the included filter remove organic vapors?
No. TR-6710N is a particulate filter. Gas or vapor protection requires an appropriate approved cartridge configuration.
Is a charger included?
Yes. The documented kit includes a TR-641N single-station charger and TR-630 standard battery.
