Shipping

ASA, LLC uses UPS as our main source for shipping packages. The delivery time varies and it usually takes 1-5 days to reach you depending on location. This is for US customers only. If you like we can use your carrier as well. For international orders we use UPS or DHL or we can deliver to your US freight forwarder.

Returns

Please note we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All custom, special order products are not returnable. Items returned must be in original packaging and in good resaleable condition. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Before sending any items you must contact us to get an RMA number and instructions.
